The sale at each outlet such as the restaurants, bars, laundry, sports complex etc. are registered and used to generate respective billing information and invoices. Menu for each outlet with pricing and discounts as well as tax and/or other add-on charges can be defined in this module. All bills with payments due are automatically posted to the respective guest folio for the billing. The module performs the functionality of billing and other cash related transactions under a single logon. It processes kitchen order tickets and provides facility to change/inquire kitchen order ticket status. It generates the reports like item sales analysis, KOT analysis etc.
