Module : RECEPTION
This module interacts with the user to conciliate all needs of the customer at counter. It allows completing the formalities of checking in and out of all types of guests, like individual, group and joiner. It also provides the facility for various queries and report. At the time of check-in suggestion of available rooms, facility to enter all the details of the guests and pickup guest details from guest's history.

This module has a set of utilities, which makes possible to change the room with automatic transfer of billing instruction and folios. With all these system also provides transport whenever requested by the guests and carry out the task to create transport schedule.

This module also provides the facility of managing safe deposit box, returnable items, wakeup calls. It also keeps track of the guest messages through all possible media.
