TrakCare is a fully integrated hospital management system that caters for the clinical, administrative and financial needs of a modern hospital.

TrakCare utilises the latest in information technology to simplify the day to day tasks of running an efficient hospital and at the same time provide management with the necessary information to make strategic decisions.

TrakCare consists of a range of application modules that support the administrative, financial and clinical information needs of today's modern hospital. Each module can be implemented individually or be combined to form an integrated system to suit each hospital's needs.

TrakCare has taken that one step further, incorporating Web Technology and making it easy for users outside of the hospital or main medical centre. Now clinical users can use any standard web browser (with appropriate security access) to register patients, make appointments, review the entire patient's medical record and even place orders for the patients.

To extend TrakCare to the patient's bedside, there is TrakMate. TrakMate has multiple uses and benefits. In the hospital, it eliminates the "record on paper and later transcribe" process of nursing and clinical documentation. Outside the hospital it is a cost-effective way of documenting home care where telecommunications is not possible or too expensive. Working on the industry standard Palm OS, TrakMate works both in monochrome and in colour.

Hospital information systems have traditionally been developed around the financial model. Recently, such information systems have evolved to be centered on the patient's medical records with the financial reporting becoming a by-product of the entire system. TrakCare is based on this concept.

MTech has built a Financial Management System to manage the finances of an organisation using Cache. Prodigious – Financial Management System is a comprehensive application which includes General Ledger, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable. Also it is fully integrated with the Prodigious Fixed Asset Management System. Prodigious Financial Management System is being used both in Indian & International Market.

MTech also promotes a technology innovations from InterSystems Corporation USA - database called Caché and Ensemble – Universal Application Integration Platform.

Caché is very useful for applications in the finance sector. Banks across the world have been using applications built on Cache to manage their day to day operations extensively. Applications built on Caché are more faster than any other applications. Application developers serving the financial markets can choose to build their application or migrate existing applications to achieve greater speed, stability and scalability.

Ensemble is a platform suitable for integrating various applications running in a bank and also to integrate with any applications to be used in the future.

In the telecom sector where a large number of transactions takes place in day as result of customer calls, their billing details for reporting etc. Telecom companies across the world have appreciated the speed and scalability of  the applications they are using built on Caché.
